HomeNests as a community based and non-profitable organisation offers a short-term and long-term solutions to the challenges facing the owners of empty properties.  We understand the challenges and legal issues that you are facing.

(e) - let the property on your behalf; and

(f) - purchase/sell the property.

 

We also work closely with Local Housing Authorities to identify and place people in need of temporary accommodation, which will offer long-term security to the Council tenants as well as saving the Council money.
